A direct physique rating, based on one photo.
Upload one photo for an AI estimate of your physique, graded S to E across the visible muscle groups. CutRank aims to give direct feedback on visible strengths and areas to improve; lighting, pose and photo quality can change what the model sees.
What a brutally honest physique rating actually is
Most feedback on your physique is worthless — not because people are stupid, but because they're being polite. Gym friends round up. Family says you look great. Strangers online either gas you up or tear you down for sport. None of it tells you the one thing you actually need: where do I really stand, and what's holding me back?
A brutally honest physique rating aims to give direct feedback: credit visible strengths and name areas to improve. CutRank describes that as its intended style; the result is still an AI estimate from one image, and its consistency has not been established by independent validation published here.
How CutRank rates your physique
Upload a photo. An AI vision model estimates visible muscular development and returns a single letter grade, scores for visible muscle groups and a next focus. The first-angle result does not include a body-fat estimate. S is the top label on CutRank's own S–E scale.
One photo
Front, back, legs, or side. Good light, plain background. A phone camera is fine.
S to E
Overall grade plus a score for each visible muscle group — shoulders, chest, arms, back, legs, and more.
Visible areas
Scores for the muscle groups shown in the image.
What you get from one scan
- An overall S–E grade — an AI estimate based on the visible development in your photo.
- Muscle-by-muscle scores — every region the photo shows, rated on its own.
- Per-group scores — feedback on the muscle groups visible in the image.
- A next focus — a practical area to prioritize based on the visible result.
- A blunt verdict — a short, direct read of the photo. Strengths credited, weaknesses called out.
Why honest beats nice
The goal of direct feedback is to make the next training focus easier to identify. A photo-based grade can offer a starting point by describing the areas visible in the image; it cannot assess the whole person or guarantee a training outcome.
CutRank aims to state visible strengths and weaker areas plainly. Treat the result as one estimate to consider alongside your training history, goals and other information.
